• Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.
• Restocking fee charge will be 15% of the total of the returned items.
• Express Shipping have a Shipping & Handlings Charges Apply to orders less than a $100 - Only applies to Express orders 
• Express Shipping have a Shipping and Handling Charge. 
• Route Delivery is Free of charge 
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• Electronics only has a 15 days replacement from the receipt date, otherwise guarantee shall be with original manufacture.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at 321-281-3022 or email  brothers.beautyproducts@gmail.com within 72 hours to report the damaged items.
• We take pride in shipping your products safely to your door and will often tape the flip top lid closed to prevent the product bottle from spilling during shipment.
